Online Dialogues: Digital Tools to Promote Women in Local Government

The Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF) and the Commonwealth Women in Local Government Network (ComWLG) is hosting two dialogue sessions to share and discuss digital tools to support women’s inclusion in local government. The sessions, hosted on the 22th and 30th Novemver 2022, will explore digital tools and materials developed to support capacity building for prospective women leaders, to increase awareness on the roles and responsibilities of local councilors, to breakdown gender stereotypes blocking women entering local government and online campaigning. The presenters will be sharing on digital tools developed in Jamaica, Pakistan, Canada and for the South Asia Region.
