Together with the World Bank and other partners, WORLD ENABLED has compiled a survey to gather comparative data in order to assess to what extent older persons and persons with disabilities are considered by municipal COVID-19 measures at the local level and how these two groups are impacted by these municipal approaches.

The survey calls on local government representatives, urban planners, persons with disabilities, civil society representatives, Disabled People Organizations (DPO) representatives, attendees to the Cities4ALL "Equity and Access in Times of Pandemic" Webinar Series and Regional Learning Group Members and other stakeholders to share their experiences with the pandemic in terms of access and inclusion as well as existing programs and resources.

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, the New Urban Agenda and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the collected data will be used toward developing more inclusive COVID-19 responses and inclusive urban policies in general as well as toward generating inclusive evidence-based policies for future emergency planning.
