Malaga Global Coalition for Municipal Finance

The second preparatory meeting towards the Third Conference of the Malaga Global Coalition for Municipal Finance will bring together key actors at the forefront of building a new financial ecosystem, one that works for communities, cities, and local governments.

This meeting will build on the policy agenda put forwards in the first preparatory conference with city leaders and further fleshed out in the UNCDF 2022 publication “Local Government Finance is Development Finance”.
