On 17th of June 2019, the first International Conference of the World Observatory on Subnational Government Finance and Investment (SNG WOFI) took place in Paris. The Observatory is a joint initiative of the OECD and UCLG. On the occasion of the conference, OECD and UCLG launched the '2019 World Observatory Report'. DeLoG will conduct a webinar on Local Finance, focussing on the World Observatory on Subnational Government Finance and Investment and highlighting use and usefulness for management and practitioners in international cooperation.
