Webinar: Women Leadership
The webinar will be entirely dedictated to the topic of "Women Leadership" and on how to include Women Leadership activities in international projects. What are hurdles women face when coming, and staying, into office at the local level? How to best cope with these challenges in your programme? Some first-hand experiences from different contexts will be shared by experts from Ukraine and Uganda, and a senior programme manager from the International Center for Local Democracy (ICLD) in Sweden. Moreover, interesting insights on how to effectively deal with these challenges in projects and programmes will be provided.
