The Observatory of Decentralised Cooperation of the International Relations Directorate of the Barcelona Provincial Council (DIBA) organises a webinar to discuss the challenges of reorienting our development model and how this affects decentralised cooperation. Its two last publications: “Decentralised cooperation as a mechanism to address inequalities and enhance democracy in the territories” and “Guide to decentralised cooperation for elected officials”.
